We are seeking a passionate and motivated AI Engineer Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice Agents, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to build intelligent and interactive AI-driven solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative AI projects in a dynamic environment.
- Develop, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications.
- Design and implement Voice Agent systems to enhance user interaction and engagement.
- Work with Agentic AI frameworks to create autonomous intelligent agents capable of decision-making and task execution.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing products and platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and frameworks to continuously enhance skills and project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
- Experience or coursework related to Voice Agent technologies and conversational AI is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI principles and autonomous agent systems.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
