We have an opening for a Sales Co-Ordinator profile in our Company.
The Details are as below:-
Qualification:- Graduate in any Stream/ Fresher
Experience:- 0 to 1 year
Job Time:- Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm ( Saturday till 3.30 pm).
Job Description:-
To work as a back-office support staff with following activities
- Mail communication, sending quotations, customer follow ups
- Data / information, quotation compilation, technical data for quote preparation
- Interdepartmental co-ordination regarding regular updates
- Utility staff to do the activities in absence of other staff
- Tender preparation, documents and data compilation
- Co-ordination with branches for Quality Updation
- Preparation of Inspection Reports & Invoices till dispatch
Requirements and skills:
- Written English communication skills for emails, quotations,
- Knowledge of outlook, MS office, Internet etc.
- Excel & Word Experience
- Good learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
- Open mindset and willing to seek feedback for further development.
