Job Summary
Yash Enterprises is seeking a motivated and responsible Assistant General Manager to support daily business operations, coordinate with different departments, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Handle customer and vendor communications professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, employee training, and performance monitoring.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and administrative teams.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0.6–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or team management preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
