CSD (Carbonated Soft Drink) & RTS (Ready-to-Serve) Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery used to blend, fill, and package beverage products. This role ensures that production lines operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards, particularly in food and beverage manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation & Setup: Prepare CSD/RTS machinery for production by setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machine parts.
- Production Monitoring: Oversee the filling, capping, and packaging processes to ensure continuous operation.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect, test, and measure finished products (e.g., carbonation levels, fill volume) to meet quality standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure proper function. Identify, troubleshoot, and repair minor mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials, such as bottles, cans, and closures, into machines.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of production data, including volume produced, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a machine operator, ideally within the beverage, food, or beverage industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read technical manuals, understand blueprints, and work with mechanical equipment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot machinery and analyze production output.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to monitoring quality and maintenance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy manual labor, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or mechanics is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
