About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives / Tele Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with customers, generate sales opportunities, and provide service support regarding products. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer handling and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain company products and services to customers
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers
- Provide product-related service support to customers
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
- Maintain customer database and call records properly
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively
- Positive attitude and customer-handling capability
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Eligibility:
- Fresher to 1 year of experience
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
- Hindi, Bengali & basic English communication preferred
