Job Summary
PS Collaborations is looking for an experienced LMS Analyst / Consultant to join our growing EdTech and enterprise learning solutions team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in LMS implementation, system analysis, customization, and stakeholder coordination within educational or enterprise learning environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business and client requirements for LMS solutions
- Work on LMS implementation, configuration, and customization
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders during deployment
- Perform system analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support integrations and functional enhancements
- Prepare documentation, user flows, and training materials
- Provide client support and functional consultation
Required Skills
- Strong System Analysis skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and EdTech solutions
- LMS implementation and customization experience
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Requirement gathering and functional consulting experience
- Understanding of educational systems/workflows preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with enterprise or educational organizations preferred
Preferred Background
- Candidates from EdTech or learning-focused organizations such as Byju’s, Allen, or similar companies will be preferred.
