- Online Classes: 2 hours after 7.30 PM
Salary: Rs. 16,000 - 22,000 per month

About the Role:
Elevate Global Academy is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training to students. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques, along with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate learners for real-world business environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions in Marketing and Sales
- Teach concepts such as Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Branding, Sales Techniques, Negotiation Skills, Lead Generation, and CRM
- Conduct role-plays, case studies, and practical exercises for sales training
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students in developing sales pitches and marketing strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Stay updated with current market trends and sales practices
- Support students with career guidance and placement preparation
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales
- Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
- Practical exposure to field sales, B2B/B2C marketing preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students in classroom sessions
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field eligible
- Prior training or teaching experience will be an added advantage
- Certifications in Sales Training, Marketing, or related areas preferred
