We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer with strong experience in plumbing systems and preferred exposure to swimming pool systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and maintenance of MEP services across projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and execute MEP systems including plumbing, drainage, and firefighting.
- Handle plumbing layouts, water supply, drainage, STP/WTP coordination, and testing & commissioning.
- Supervise and coordinate swimming pool systems including filtration, circulation, pumps, piping, and accessories (preferred).
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, IS standards, and safety norms.
- Prepare BOQs, material submittals, and technical drawings.
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP services.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Working knowledge of swimming pool systems (filtration, pumps, piping, chemical dosing – preferred).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MEP drawings.
- Understanding of IS codes and standard MEP practices.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or recreational projects.
