Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate R&D professional to support the development, testing, and optimization of skincare formulations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate product concepts into effective, safe, and innovative skincare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in formulation development and product trials for skincare products

Conduct stability, compatibility, and basic performance testing

Support ingredient research, benchmarking, and documentation

Maintain R&D records, reports, and compliance-related documentation

Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing teams during product development
Requirements:

Educational background in Cosmetic Technology / Cosmetic Science / Pharmacy / Chemistry

Strong interest in skincare formulation and product innovation

Basic understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulations

Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
