We are hiring a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer (4–7 years of hands-on experience) to own and evolve our Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, Azure cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 platform support that powers internal tools and client-facing digital services. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure high availability and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Azure Pipelines.
- Manage, scale, and provide L3 operational support for Azure Cloud infrastructure (AKS, App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB, Virtual Machines, Networking, etc.) using Terraform/Bicep and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune, licensing, and governance) including integrations, user experience optimization, and day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana).
- Automate release processes, blue-green deployments, and rollback strategies for zero-downtime releases.
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications (Docker + Kubernetes) and migrate legacy workloads to Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Provide infrastructure troubleshooting, incident management, and proactive support for Azure Cloud and M365 environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish DevOps best practices, standards, and documentation.
- Ensure cost optimization, performance tuning, and high availability of Azure environments.
Required Qualifications (4–7 years)
- Expert-level knowledge of Azure cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity & access) and hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on with Terraform / Bicep, ARM templates, and GitOps practices.
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes / AKS).
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) and GitHub Enterprise.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-305, AZ-204, MS-900 or MS-102) or equivalent.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid setups.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms or data pipelines on Azure.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
