Sreema AAC Blocks India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fitter Head to manage machine fitting, maintenance, and repair activities within the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise fitting and mechanical maintenance work
- Install and repair plant machinery
- Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and breakdown handling
- Lead fitter team and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Fitter/Mechanical field
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing plants preferred
- Good mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
Pay: ₹9,496.49 - ₹29,553.66 per month
