We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in Pre-Treatment Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, or Paint Shop Jobbing Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the Key Account Manager for assigned customers and provide prompt support for their requirements.
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and presentations to promote the company's products and services.
- Identify and develop sales leads through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market surveys to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Pre-Treatment Chemicals, Surface Treatment Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, or Paint Shop processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and account handling abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Good analytical and market research skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
