We are looking for energetic and responsible Picker & Packer Associates to join our quick commerce warehouse team. The role involves handling online orders efficiently and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive and review incoming customer orders from the system
- Pick the correct items from inventory as per the order list
- Verify product quality, quantity, and accuracy before packing
- Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery
- Hand over the packed orders to the respective delivery partners on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
- Follow all operational guidelines and safety standards
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of warehouse or store operations (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a responsible attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts
