- Office Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day office activities
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Ensure the workplace is organized and functional
- Staff Supervision
- Manage receptionists, clerks, office assistants, or admin staff
- Assign tasks and monitor performance
- Train new administrative employees
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal events and company functions
- Documentation & Records
- Maintain files, contracts, employee records, and reports
- Ensure documents are updated and properly stored
- Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with service providers, maintenance teams, security, housekeeping, etc.
- Negotiate with vendors for office needs
- Budget & Expense Control
- Track office expenses
- Approve purchases within limits
- Help prepare admin budgets
- Communication
- Handle internal communication between departments
- Draft notices, letters, and official emails
- Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure office procedures follow company policies
- Support audits, safety procedures, and legal compliance
