Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) for plastic toys
- Handle product feasibility, prototyping, development, and product launch
- Coordinate with mold vendors for mold design, development, and modifications
- Conduct mold trials and process validation on injection molding machines
- Optimize molding parameters and troubleshoot quality issues
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and project timelines
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Supply Chain teams
- Drive continuous improvement in tooling and manufacturing processes
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding & Tooling
- Experience in NPD of Plastic Products / Toys
- Expertise in Mold Trials, Process Setting & Troubleshooting
- Vendor Coordination & Project Management
- Quality Validation & Documentation Skills
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
