Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete factory operations (Production + Quality)
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Maintain strict quality standards across processes
- Handle manpower planning & team management
- Monitor daily production reports & efficiency
- Reduce rejections, wastage & downtime
- Coordinate with merchandising, sales & dispatch teams
- Implement process improvements & cost control
- Ensure compliance, safety & discipline in factory
Requirements:
- 8–15 years experience in textile manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning & quality control
- Experience in handling large teams & factory operations
- Good leadership & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure & deadlines

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
