**Full Job Description**
Akshu Career, a fast-growing startup consultancy, is hiring an **HR Recruiter** to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT domains for our client requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT job openings
- Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage applications
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding
- Achieve individual and team hiring targets within given timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and provide regular updates
**Requirements**
- Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with prior recruitment experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and job portals preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven startup environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent
