Hiring: Management Internship

This unique internship is designed to provide direct exposure to the core functions of a growing digital marketing agency by working closely with the founders. Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and execution, enabling you to develop a holistic understanding of how a business is built and scaled.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist founders in day-to-day business operations and strategic planning
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, paid ads, content)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Help in client communication, reporting, and coordination
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and brand growth
- Prepare presentations, reports, and performance summaries
- Assist in business development activities, including lead generation and outreach
- Manage and organize internal workflows, tools, and documentation
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong academic background with an interest in digital marketing or entrepreneurship
Skills Required

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹8,297.56 - ₹58,406.21 per month
