Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Helper to assist in daily kitchen operations. The candidate will support chefs in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, organize kitchen supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and ingredients.
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Store food items properly and monitor stock levels.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Dispose of waste according to safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
