Job Summary
Lumbee International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Create and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Remarketing Campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets and maximize advertising ROI.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Track conversions and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and web development teams for landing page optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads features, trends, and policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
