Role Overview
The HR Head will lead the organization's people strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent management initiatives. The role is responsible for driving organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, and culture transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Build and strengthen performance management, leadership development, and employee capability programs.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and employer branding initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition frameworks to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance standards.
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policy implementation.
- Establish HR metrics, analytics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, employee well-being, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Manage HR budgets, systems, and digital transformation projects.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team across all HR functions.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong exposure to Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
