Position - Quality Engineer - CMM Role
- Experience – 3-4 years
- Qualification – Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering
- Working in all 3 shifts i.e. 1st , 2nd & General.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- In depth knowledge of all metrology equipment like CMM, Contour machine, surface roughness, roundness machine, Trimos, millipore equipment etc.
- Handson on basic instruments like vernier, micrometer, bore gauges etc.
- Gauge planning of NPDs and gauge procurement from mfg. supplier.
- Detailed knowledge of GD&T.
- Good drawing study
- Calibration activity of all instruments, gauges (Inhouse and third party)
- Interact with supplier and follow up for third party calibration
- ISIR of inhouse machined components, supplier parts and provide timely feedback.
- Set up approval / in process inspection and report preparation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
