We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive to join our team specializing in flight reservations for US/UK clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel consulting, excellent knowledge of the travel industry, and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking international flights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with their preferences and budget.
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and options based on customer needs.
- Offer prompt assistance to clients with modifications, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with airline policies.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated on airline rules, travel restrictions, and visa requirements for US/UK routes.
