Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, generating new business leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively find and develop new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Promote the company’s products and services through online and offline marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand competitor activities.
- Meet with clients directly (Field Marketing) to present proposals and close business deals.
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns.
- Maintain a regular database of clients and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder (An Degree in Marketing is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Tamil].
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Having a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred (for field visits).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and social media platforms.
- A self-motivated individual with a target-oriented mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
