Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
* Handle MRP (Material Requirement Planning) to ensure proper material availability.
* Process and manage production orders efficiently.
* Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for projects.
* Create accurate cutting lists based on design specifications.
* Coordinate with design and project teams for drawings and execution plans.
* Work on AutoCAD to review and understand technical drawings.
* Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and data management.
* Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
* Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Production, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in the interior or furniture manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of:
- MRP systems
- Order Processing
- BOM preparation
- Cutting list preparation
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
* Good understanding of production workflows and materials used in interiors.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
Experience:
* Minimum 3–6 years of experience in production or operations within the interior industry.
