Role Overview:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online business, digital sales channels, and customer acquisition initiatives. The role will focus on driving online revenue, improving conversion rates, optimizing the customer journey, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution across e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce, digital sales, performance marketing, marketplace management, CRM, and online customer acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage the company’s website, landing pages, online storefronts, and other digital sales channels.
- Drive online sales through performance marketing, promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor the complete online customer journey from acquisition to purchase/enrollment.
- Optimize website and landing-page conversion rates through A/B testing, content optimization, UX improvements, and data analysis.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Product, Technology, Content, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage online product/course listings, pricing, offers, promotions, bundles, and merchandising.
- Track and analyze key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, revenue, AOV, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, remarketing, retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Manage digital promotions and seasonal campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, products, campaigns, and market trends.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, payment processes, and customer communication across digital channels.
- Coordinate with technology teams to resolve website, payment gateway, CRM, analytics, and platform-related issues.
- Use analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving sales and customer experience.
- Prepare regular business-performance reports and revenue forecasts for management.
- Manage external agencies, technology partners, marketplaces, and other e-commerce vendors where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable digital commerce regulations.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
