Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Matrimony Services

Location: Remote (Malayalam Speaking Kerala candidates only)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our matrimony services team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their matrimony journey with care, professionalism, and patience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages related to matrimony services
- Assist members with profile creation, match queries, and service-related questions
- Follow up with existing members regarding renewals, upgrades, and match suggestions
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Educate customers about available packages and services
- Ensure a high level of member satisfaction at all times
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Monthly Off: 2 days off per month
Compensation
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Work Mode: Work From Home
Requirements
- Prior experience in matrimony customer care is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and/or English
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic CRM tools
- Patient, empathetic, and professional in dealing with clients
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home
- Basic computer/smartphone proficiency
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with experience in matrimony portals
- Candidates from Kerala with knowledge of local customs and family values will be given preference
