ABOUT THE ROLE
RR Electronics is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Engineering & Operations Manager to manage the company's day-to-day engineering operations, servicing activities, government projects, pre-tender activities and coordination with government departments.
The role is primarily managerial and operational, with responsibility for ensuring that projects move smoothly from pre-tender stage → order → supply → installation → commissioning → servicing → billing → payment realization.
The candidate will coordinate between our Management, Engineering, Service, Projects, Accounts, Tender and Production teams, while maintaining regular communication with government departments, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
The person should be capable of taking ownership, following up relentlessly and ensuring that work gets completed and payments are realized on time.
Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
