Supervise day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth workflow
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely dispatch
Manage and allocate work among hub staff and delivery teams
Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular inventory checks
Prepare daily operational reports and update management on hub performance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
Coordinate with transport vendors and internal departments to resolve operational issues
Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of hub employees
Handle customer or client escalations related to hub operations
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper documentation within the hub
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
Ensure achievement of service level agreements and operational targets
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per hour
