Position: Education Counsellor
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience and Performance)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counsellors to guide prospective students in selecting the right educational programs and support them throughout the admission process. Candidates with experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, EdTech, or customer interaction are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding educational courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Eligibility
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Sales, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Service, or EdTech will be preferred.
