- Inventory Management: Perform material tagging (e.g., separating items into Quarantine, Approved, or Rejected status) and organize spares systematically in designated locations using the 5S framework.
- Order Verification: Cross-verify the technical specifications of machinery components against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy before packing.
- Dispatch & Documentation: Generate invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP or Tally.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatches of materials to stockists, distributors, or specific client plants, tracking shipment status until successful delivery.
- Audit Compliance: Assist the quality control and operations teams in maintaining clean, trace-ready paperwork required for external pharmaceutical audits
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
