Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and student-focused Parent & Academic Coordinator for Primary Grades (Classes 3–6). The coordinator will act as a bridge between parents, teachers, and the academic administration to ensure smooth day-to-day academic functioning.
The role involves handling parent communication regarding academic concerns, coordinating homework and classroom activities across subjects, supporting teachers with academic materials and schedules, and ensuring effective implementation of the school’s academic plans and timetable.
Key Responsibilities: Parent Coordination & Communication
- Receive and respond to parent calls regarding academic concerns, homework, assessments, classroom issues, and student progress.
- Maintain proper records of parent concerns and communicate them promptly to the respective teachers and academic heads.
- Follow up with teachers to ensure concerns are addressed appropriately and within timelines.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with parents at all times.
Academic Coordination
- Coordinate homework schedules across all subjects for Classes 3–6 to ensure balanced workload for students.
- Ensure homework, projects, assessments, and academic activities are properly planned and communicated.
- Monitor smooth academic functioning across all primary sections.
- Assist in implementing academic policies, schedules, and instructions issued by the management.
Teacher Support & Coordination
- Provide teachers with required teaching materials, worksheets, printouts, resources, and classroom support.
- Ensure teachers adhere to the assigned timetable, lesson schedules, and substitution plans.
- Coordinate with teachers regarding lesson planning, classroom activities, examinations, and academic events.
- Support teachers in maintaining consistency in academic delivery and classroom standards.
Monitoring & Administration
- Track completion of syllabus, homework distribution, and classwork progress.
- Coordinate examination schedules, worksheets, and academic documentation when required.
- Ensure proper communication flow between management, coordinators, teachers, and parents.
- Assist in maintaining academic records and reports related to primary grades.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: B.Ed or B.Tech
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in teaching, academic coordination, school administration, or a related educational role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle parent interactions professionally and calmly.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, email communication, etc.).
- Good understanding of primary school academics and classroom functioning.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
