Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to handle electrical maintenance and ensure smooth operation of machinery in our solvent extraction plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting faults, and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily electrical maintenance of plant machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, panels, and wiring
- Maintain and repair electrical equipment such as pumps, motors, control panels, and lighting systems
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems in extraction, distillation, and acid oil sections
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Follow safety procedures and electrical standards
- Assist in installation of new machines and electrical setups
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical/BE in Electrical
- Experience: 0–2 years in industrial or factory environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, and industrial wiring
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in shifts
