Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (IT Sales) with strong
communication skills and a passion for sales. The candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, cold calling, and driving business growth in the IT domain.
Candidates from non-IT backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into IT
sales are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms
● Reach out to potential clients and introduce IT products/services
● Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
● Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team
● Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
● Follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
● Experience in cold calling and lead generation
● Willingness to learn IT products and services
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment
● Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Prior experience in IT sales is a plus
● Candidates from BPO, Banking, Insurance, or other sales domains looking to
switch to IT sales are encouraged to apply
