<Duties>
- Oversee daily eCommerce operations including order processing, shipping, receiving, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate delivery planning and management
- Supervise dispatching activities, fleet management, production planning, demand planning, and inventory management to meet operational targets.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in operations management within an eCommerce or logistics environment with a focus on supply chain management.
- Knowledge of demand planning, production planning, dispatching, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
