Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive – HR to support daily HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Collaborate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
