Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
