About the Role
Saptaveda Herbals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a compassionate and proactive Ayurvedic Pharmacist to join our patient care team. As the primary point of contact for our online consultation services, you will play a vital role in assisting patients throughout their consultation journey, supporting our consulting doctors, and providing accurate information about prescribed Ayurvedic products.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with patients, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients before, during, and after their online consultations.
- Coordinate with consulting doctors to ensure a smooth and efficient consultation process.
- Review consultation details and assist in facilitating seamless patient communication.
- Explain prescribed Ayurvedic products, including their usage instructions, ingredients, and key benefits.
- Respond to patient enquiries regarding prescribed products and consultation procedures, while referring medical or clinical queries to the consulting doctor.
- Follow up with patients to ensure they receive timely support and guidance regarding their prescribed products.
- Maintain accurate patient records and consultation documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt processing of patient requirements.
- Deliver a professional, empathetic, and patient-centric experience across all communication channels.
- Perform all other duties, responsibilities, and miscellaneous activities as assigned by the Department Head and Management
Qualifications
- Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy (DAP) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant authority.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient engagement and counselling abilities.
- Good understanding of Ayurvedic products and formulations.
- Confident in handling patient interactions over phone, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Preferred
- Experience in an Ayurvedic clinic, hospital, teleconsultation, or healthcare support role will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
Pay: ₹13,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
