Service Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laser cutting machines at customer locations. The candidate will provide technical support, ensure machine performance, and deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of laser cutting machines at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic machine inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
- Perform machine repairs and component replacements as required.
- Provide operator training and technical guidance to customers.
- Handle service requests and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the production, and technical support teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend required replacements.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation and service support.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CO₂ Laser Cutting Machines, Fiber Laser Machines, CNC Systems, or Industrial Machinery.
- Basic networking and software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
