Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role as a Diamond Picker located in Thrissur. Responsibilities include identifying high-quality diamonds based on specific criteria such as clarity, color, cut, and carat. The role requires precise handling, sorting, and categorizing of diamonds and gemstones, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality guidelines. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design and manufacturing experts, will be part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of diamond and gemstone quality standards, including clarity, color, cut, and carat
- Proficiency in sorting, inspecting, and identifying diamonds with attention to detail
- Experience in quality control and gemstone handling techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers and manufacturing teams
- Ability to work with precision and maintain workplace safety standards
- Prior experience in the jewellery or diamond industry is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Thrissur
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
