About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable AI Creative Technologist who can combine creative thinking, prompt engineering, and production discipline to build high-quality AI-driven video content at scale.
This role requires someone who understands storytelling, understands AI tools deeply, and can convert ideas into finished, publish-ready assets — not just experiments.
You will be responsible for building structured AI workflows and delivering short-form and long-form content optimized for performance.
1. AI Video Creation & Production
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form AI-generated videos
- Structure compelling narratives with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and scene flow
- Deliver platform-ready content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms
- Maintain visual continuity and aesthetic consistency across outputs
2. Prompt Engineering & Narrative Design
- Design advanced, structured prompts for image, video, and character generation
- Build multi-step prompting workflows for scalable content production
- Translate creative briefs into structured AI-driven visual narratives
- Develop reusable prompt frameworks and libraries
3. Visual Direction & Creative Development
- Generate character sheets, environment designs, and visual mood boards
- Lock visual style and ensure scene continuity
- Apply cinematic composition principles in AI-generated outputs
- Ensure alignment with brand identity and creative direction
4. AI Workflow Development & Automation
- Build efficient, multi-tool AI workflows
- Integrate tools across text → image → video → audio pipelines
- Reduce production time through automation and structured systems
- Implement batch content generation where applicable
- Work with node-based systems (e.g., ComfyUI or similar frameworks)
5. AI-Assisted Post-Production
- Edit AI-generated videos using professional tools
- Optimize pacing, color grading, transitions, and final output quality
- Generate and sync AI voiceovers, music, and sound design
- Troubleshoot inconsistencies and refine outputs efficiently
6. Performance Optimization & Execution Discipline
- Optimize content for engagement, retention, and performance
- Adapt outputs based on data insights
- Deliver content within agreed timelines (TAT adherence mandatory)
- Minimise revision cycles through structured execution
- High-quality AI videos delivered consistently within timelines
- Structured workflows reducing production time
- Improved engagement metrics across content formats
- Visual consistency and brand alignment
- Minimal rework due to clarity and quality control
Core Creative & Generative Capabilities
- Generative video creation (prompt-to-video, scene composition, continuity control)
- Visual generation & AI art direction (style locking, mood boards, consistency)
- Prompt engineering & narrative design (multi-step prompting, scripting, storyboarding)
- AI-assisted video editing & post-production (cutting, pacing, color grading)
- Audio, voice & music generation (voice synthesis, sound design, syncing)
- Cross-modal content creation (text → image → video → audio pipelines)
- Rapid prototyping & iterative creative development
Advanced Workflow & Technical Capabilities
- Multi-tool AI workflow design & pipeline integration
- Node-based AI systems (e.g., ComfyUI)
- Creative automation & scalable content systems
- 3D, VFX & real-time rendering fundamentals (e.g., Unreal Engine)
- AI-driven troubleshooting and output refinement
- Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling principles
- Awareness of emerging generative AI trends
AI Tool Ecosystem Proficiency
- Hands-on working knowledge of:
- ChatGPT / Gemini (scripting, prompting, ideation)
- Kling AI / Runway / Pika / similar video-generation tools
- Seedance 2.0 / NanoBanana or equivalent generative tools
- Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / DALL·E
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (AI features)
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Notion, etc.)
- Higgsfield
- Candidates must demonstrate practical execution experience — not just familiarity.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Film, Animation, Media, Computer Science, or a related field (Relevant experience and portfolio can substitute formal education)
Pay: ₹11,849.35 - ₹57,351.33 per month
