About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a dedicated Accountant & Customer Handling Executive to manage daily accounting operations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling accounts, billing, and customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Record purchase and sales transactions accurately.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Prepare GST-related records and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Maintain financial reports and proper documentation.
Customer Handling Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, website, and walk-in customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products and gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing, product details, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with production, packing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Maintain customer records and enquiry history.
Additional Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to important customer calls and WhatsApp messages, including after office hours when required for urgent or high-value orders.
- Support the team during festive seasons, bulk orders, and peak business periods.
- Maintain professional grooming, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Perform other office administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in accounting and customer handling is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST and bookkeeping.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
