Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain information across various systems. This role requires a disciplined individual who can follow defined processes, adhere to instructions, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before inputting data.
- Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions consistently.
- Interpret and execute written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
- Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets as required.
- Organize, manage, and maintain electronic files and records.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, back-office operations, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply.
