Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization's people initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and new employee documentation.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee confirmations, and exits.
- Prepare HR-related letters, policies, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate employee data and documentation compliance.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
- Promote a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement surveys.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
- Track employee development plans and probation reviews.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support audits and maintain statutory records.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure policy compliance across departments.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Experience in IT or Technology companies is preferred.
- Experience handling end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations.
