About the Role
We are a growing marketing agency based in Delhi, looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate should have experience designing engaging social media creatives and web banners for multiple brands across different industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media creatives for multiple brands.
- Create static posts, carousel creatives, and motion graphics/reels for social media platforms.
- Design web banners for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Deliver creatives within agreed timelines while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or equivalent design tools).
- Experience with Canva is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create engaging motion graphics for social media reels.
- Knowledge of current social media design trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple brand identities simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Prior experience working with a marketing or advertising agency will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, motion graphics, and web banners is mandatory.
