Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Cook and plate dishes as per standard recipes; ensure quality and consistency.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, personal hygiene, and follow food safety standards.
- Inventory & Wastage: Use ingredients responsibly, report shortages, and minimize wastage.
- Team Coordination: Assist team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Compliance: Follow SOPs, proper storage, and labeling procedures.
- Discipline & Attendance: Be punctual, professional, and adhere to schedules.
