Key Responsibilities
Hair Services
- Hair cutting, trimming, and styling.
- Hair coloring, highlighting, and treatment services.
- Hair washing, blow-drying, and setting.
- Recommending suitable hair care products and treatments.
Beauty Services
- Facials and skin care treatments.
- Eyebrow shaping and threading.
- Waxing and hair removal services.
- Manicure and pedicure services.
- Makeup application for special occasions.
- Providing beauty consultations and advice.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist clients professionally.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain client records and appointment schedules.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Salon Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
- Sterilize equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Ensure beauty products and supplies are adequately stocked.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum [1–3] years of experience in a salon or beauty center.
- Knowledge of modern hair and beauty techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in hair coloring and styling.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and makeup techniques.
- Sales skills for promoting salon products and services.
