We are a growing fiber engineering and network design firm serving maior US-based telecom clients. As we scale operations in India, we're looking for proactive and detail-driven OSP Design Engineers to support our design and review pipeline from Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Build accurate fiber network desians (FTTH, backbone, and distribution) using VETRO FiberMap and IQGEO Interpret field inputs, redlines, and GIS data to produce high-quality design packages.
- Perform address validation, route planning, and network documentation using GIS platforms
- Prepare construction-ready plans, splice diagrams, and permit documents
- Support cross-checking of design consistency across proiects and ensure delivery meets internal standards. Collaborate with US-based engineering and design review teams.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's dearee or diploma in Civil Engineering, Geospatial Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience with both VETRO FiberMap and IOGEO is mandatory.
- Familiarity with fiber design concepts (FTTH, GPON LLD/HLD).
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, field sketches, and design standards.
- Solid attention to detail, consistency, and a process-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with QGIS and/or ArcGIS for spatial data visualization and overlays.
- Understanding of US-based telecom network design practices.
- Familiarity with splicing diagrams, make-ready engineering (MRE), and permitting deliverables
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multi-location teams

Pay: ₹321,219.77 - ₹712,177.55 per year
