Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Develop HVAC system layouts, duct routing, and cleanroom designs.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Apply cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including estimation, procurement, and execution.
- Maintain design documentation, revisions, and drawing logs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Estimation & Costing
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC and cleanroom projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs and develop BOQs.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
- Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope and requirements.
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations for cost evaluation.
- Incorporate historical project data for accurate estimation.
- Prepare proposals ensuring profitability and competitive pricing.
- Handle variation orders, extra items, and cost revisions.
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Support project handover to execution teams with proper documentation.
- Track and report submittal and estimation status.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom technologies
- Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Cadmate knowledge preferred)
- Understanding of ISO, GMP, and cleanroom classifications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in technical work
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
