We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Tour Advisor to design personalized, high-end travel itineraries, manage key client accounts, and support our growing sales team. You will use your deep destination knowledge to create memorable travel experiences, handle complex bookings, and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Itineraries: Create custom, day-by-day domestic and international travel packages tailored to client budgets and preferences.
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs, provide expert advice on destinations, and manage end-to-end booking processes (flights, hotels, transport, and activities).
- Visa & Documentation Support: Provide guidance on travel documentation, insurance, and visa requirements.
- Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, global hoteliers, and local ground handlers.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex or unexpected travel issues for clients professionally and promptly.
- Team Support: Mentor junior consultants, support sales targets, and assist management with quality control on complex files
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
